Blinds4U guarantees that your blinds will be free from defects in componentry and fabrics for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

This guarantee does not apply to the finish of timber blinds (be in UV lacquer or paint) because the supplier of the finish coating system will not give a guarantee.

The obligation under the guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of the product or components found to be defective by Blinds4U. The guarantee does not cover defects or damage caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse wear and tear or failure to follow our instructions with respect to installation, operation, cleaning and maintenance of the blinds.

Under this guarantee Blinds4U will not be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.

The warranty does not cover any fabric that has frayed on the edges due to the chains rubbing against the fabric. Make sure the chain does not rub against the fabric when operating.

The benefits conferred by this guarantee are in addition to all other rights and services which the purchaser has under the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.
