Really pleased with our blinds that we ordered another one. Really easy to install given 4 stars because they weren't quite tight fitting bit still passable and look great
Reply from Blinds4U: (Sep 2023) Thanks for the review Bonny 🙂 So our roller blinds will always come 2-3mm smaller than the measurement you have given. I can see your measurements were a round number. So try give us the exact measurements at the top of the window frame for a perfect fit!

Very pleased with our 11 blinds. Easy to put up and working well. Looking great in our new house. My only suggestion, it would have been easier if the name of each room was printed on the blind packaging.

Waited for quite a while to arrive but at least it finally reach us in great condition. Quality of product is reasonably good considering the cheaper price. It would be extra useful if there is a step by step instruction sheet that comes with it as not everyone is good in following the recorded instructions online and some people might have internet issue. Also no instructions to explain what are the little clip and some other small parts that comes with it as it's not mentioned in the online video. Overall, blinds all good, though we ditched the clip.

Product is good.Make sure they have your choice of material in stock.If you are in a hurry.I needed mine for a rental and had a time frame.they did say one color was not available but unfortunately not the one i chose.
Reply from Blinds4U: (Aug 2025) Hey Bruce, thanks for the review. On our website we state a 12 working day lead time for manufacture. You ordered on the 06/06 and we sent your blind on the 19th, that’s 9 working days which is before the estimated manufacture date. I don’t think it’s a fair review. If our suppliers can’t supply the fabric, we always reach out to see if the customer is ok to wait or see if there is an alternative fabric.

Rolling up and down both not smooth, a bit struggling, caused by low quality of wheel.
Reply from Blinds4U: (May 2026) Hey Sin, we received your email today and we just asked for some photos of your installation 🙂 we can then advise on how to proceed from there. We use one of the better side winders on the market. Please give us a chance to help you fix this problem. There needs to be a bit of wiggle room when the blind is installed, so we take off 2-3mm from the measurement you give so it’s a lovely snug fit.If you have made an error and ordered the blind too big, we also have other solutions available that can make it a bit looser to free up the side winder.
