Rolling up and down both not smooth, a bit struggling, caused by low quality of wheel.
Reply from Blinds4U: Hey Sin, we received your email today and we just asked for some photos of your installation 🙂 we can then advise on how to proceed from there. We use one of the better side winders on the market. Please give us a chance to help you fix this problem. There needs to be a bit of wiggle room when the blind is installed, so we take off 2-3mm from the measurement you give so it’s a lovely snug fit.If you have made an error and ordered the blind too big, we also have other solutions available that can make it a bit looser to free up the side winder.
