I ordered 22 blinds in total and they are all fitted in nicely. The quality of the product is great and the wooden venetians look elegant. David was easily to talk to and he gave me some additional materials for free. In hindsight, I should have spoken directly to David on some of the things I wanted. For example, I should have asked for chains longer than provided for and also for vertical blind with length beyond the maximum length allowed on the website. The delivery of the aluminum venetian blinds were a bit slow. Overall, I am happy with the finished product.

Very happy with the venetian blind. A sheet showing installation instructions would have been helpful. I threw out the fascia piece thinking that it was a packing piece. Had to purchase another fascia piece for some $66. Installation details would have saved this expense.

Easy once I figured out how to fit the motor end bracket into the centre of the blind, instead of sliding the blind onto the bracket. The remote works really well and the motor is surprisingly quiet.

Information on how to measure, the guidance and stepped process online order was fantastic. The free samples were excellent, and have kept them to purchase additional blinds. The delivery was fantastic and all componentry arrived. Blinds look great - thank you.
